Kirsten understands the stressors you face every day. After graduating from college with a degree in mass communications she worked for a television station in upstate New York. She worked her way up from intern, to news reporter, to producer. From there she accepted a position as a morning co-host at a radio station. The hours and responsibilities at these jobs (not to mention the weather in upstate NY) wore her down - just as your job and/or other responsibilities are wearing on you.

She stepped away from these high stress environments to pursue a career in the healing arts. After completing an intensive training program at the Albany, NY Center of Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy, she acquired licenses to practice in both New York and Texas.

Of course, not everyone is in a position to turn away from a stressful career and retrain for a more rewarding lifestyle. Kirsten understands that your session of massage therapy helps you step away - if only for an hour - to refresh the body and renew the spirit.
